UVM Medical Center's Miller Inpatient Building Awarded LEED Certification

In line with our longstanding commitment to deliver environmentally responsible healthcare services, we’re proud to highlight the Miller Inpatient building, which has recently received LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Gold Certification.

This joins our Radiation Oncology, Clinical Research Center, Mother Baby Unit, Garden Atrium, and Essex Primary Care as LEED Certified facilities. Opened in 2019, the Miller Inpatient Building was meticulously designed, with a resulting facility that serves approximately one million residents, while using half the energy of a comparable hospital.
